PGC Land Management Inc. is a personalized consulting service that provides strategic and technical advice to assist in various components of land development opportunities, investment, management and approvals. Based in Vaughan, Ontario, our projects span the Greater Toronto Area and Simcoe County.

PGC Land Management Inc. typically works on an hourly fee basis up to an agreed upon budget. However for all assignments a fixed fee or a fixed monthly fee serves the interest of our Clients the best and is therefore preferred.

What We Do

Landowner Group Management

We have been involved in Landowner groups in Milton, Georgetown, Innisfil, City of Toronto, most recently in King Township and other areas.

Development & Project Management

PGC Land Management has been an individual Landowner Representative for a number of Clients either within Landowner Groups or independently.

Financial Management & Real Estate Services

We assemble properties, negotiate agreements, organize ownership consortiums and negotiate bank financing for land, development and housing funding.

Strategic & Expert Advisory Services

PGC Land Management has provided Advisory Services to a number of Clients, both Developer/Builder Clients as well as Institutional and Lender Clients.
