PGC Land Management Inc. has been involved in multiple LGM projects. We have been involved in Landowner groups in Milton, Georgetown, Innisfil, City of Toronto, most recently in King Township and other areas.
PGC LAND MANAGEMENT INC. SERVICES OFFERED:
- Act as Group Trustee or manage group with designated Trustee
- Assemble Landowner Group and assemble Landowner Group Associations
- Arrange and chair regular landowner group meetings
- Assemble consultant teams for landowners including competitive bids for each discipline
- Provide financial services as required, cash calls, banking, HST submissions, annual and if desired quarterly financial statements
- Provide budget projections and regular reporting against budget
- Act as political contact for Local, Regional, Provincial and Federal contacts
- Manage consultant teams for design of community as required
- Lobby for settlement area inclusion, secondary plan design and draft plans
- Assist Landowners negotiating Funding Agreements, Cost Sharing Agreements, Front Ending Agreements, Core Services Agreements
- Manage consultant teams constructing Core Services and community infrastructure
- Assist Landowners with Builder support and completing top works
- Pursuit of Municipal Assumptions and releasing securities and other obligations
