Peter Campbell

Peter is a graduate of University of Waterloo with a B.Sc in Civil Engineering. He started his career with Bramalea Limited from 1988 to 1995, which at the time was one of the largest Builder/Developer/Commercial Property Owners in North America. Peter worked on developing Low-Rise, High-Rise, Commercial and Residential properties throughout the GTA.
In 1995 after Bramalea, he incorporated his own Development Consultant firm, PGC Associates Limited, to assist primarily Canandian Financial Institutions, such as TD Bank, Deloitte Touche, KPMG, Bank of Montreal and others, manage development, housing and commercial properties in the GTA, Montreal, and Calgary.
Peter continues this service, and has been instrumental in setting up Development and Housing firms in the GTA, such as Intracorp, and helping other Developer/Builders manage their development properties. He has expanded over the years into investing in income properties, development properties in Georgetown, Innisfil, Uxbridge and Barrie, while still maintaining his Development Consultant service to clients throughout the GTA and Simcoe County.
