- Represent Client with Local, Regional, Provincial and Federal contact
- Assemble Consultant Team with competitive bids for each discipline
- Manage Consultants in the design of the community with regular reporting to the client
- Represent Client in Funding, Cost Sharing, Front Ending negotiations
- Manage tendering of servicing contracts including earthworks, decommissioning, undergrounds and roads, landscaping and parks
- Provide Builder support services as needed
- Pursue assumption of municipal works and release of all financial obligations
